Who we are
We are classical, Christian and collaborative. We are classical because we teach academics with the inculturation of what is good, true and beautiful across all subjects to lead students to flourish academically and formatively. We are Christian because we believe that true education must be founded upon biblical truth. We are collaborative because we partner with parents in the education of their children. Together we believe that classical Christian education nurtures independent thought and the ability to reason for themselves making them better prepared to be future leaders and innovators in the age to come.
Statement of Faith
It is our conviction that God’s Word, the Bible, is inspired, inerrant, sufficient and authoritative. This conviction drives us to shape our educational philosophy solely on the basis of what God’s Word has to say about a subject instead of what the current trend may be. Our belief that all of life’s questions can be answered by the truth found in the Bible causes us to carefully study Scripture in light of its context and history. A high view of God leads us to vividly see our own sinfulness and our ultimate dependence on Him. We rely on God to provide us with a way to be found favorable in His sight, which He provided through the death of His son, Jesus Christ.
Vision
Our vision at Coram Deo Classical School is to see students taught classically with the Bible as their sole authority. To help parents train students to be contemplative and engaging in the world around them with a distinctly Christian worldview. To help build virtuous and wise students to be leaders now and in the age to come.
Coram Deo Classical is nontraditional and collaborative. We share the discipleship and academic training of students with their parents.
